Highly competent and experienced Hatha Yoga instructor of 20 years. Currently teaching at Castle Royal, Mapledurum and Caversham IST. Available for private one-one sessions or group classes in your home or office.

Tai Chi/Qigong trained through the lineage of Master Waysun Liao. Intensive Temple training for 8 years in Taoist practices. Currently teaching at Mapledurum.

Down to earth style and approach, classes are tailored from beginners to advanced.
